Over the Years
1988
Beginning
Steve was raised in the small town of San Ramon, CA by two hardworking business owners. Steve’s mother operates a popular pet grooming salon in the city, and his father is an electrician who’s been running his own business for over 20 years in the Bay Area. This exposed Steve to skills and values that benefit his clients to this day.
2014
Pursued his passion
Having previously worked at Google, Steve decided to do a 180. He left his job in Silicon Valley in order to pursue a career in real estate, joining a mortgage company in San Diego that would give him a start in the industry.

A year later, Steve joined a very successful mortgage broker in San Francisco with a strong desire to learn more and to grow. Working side-by-side with the best in the business, Steve gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience working with clients, adjusting to their needs, and helping them secure loans.

Joined Bayview
Residential
Steve decided to become an independent Mortgage Broker with Bayview Residential, currently ranked #10 on AIME (Association of Independent Mortgage Experts). In the same year, Steve was ranked #5 out of 150 mortgage consultants who work at the company.

Ranked among the best
An eventful year to say the least: Steve once again finished near the top of his company. Bayview Residential was ranked #5 nationwide on AIME (Association of Independent Mortgage Experts) with Steve personally closing over $110 million in loans and over 200 transactions.

Founded AUE Lending
Steve decided to pursue his dream of owning a mortgage company that would provide “A Unique Experience” for his clients. Thus, AUE Lending Corp. was born—a California licensed mortgage brokerage.

Steve is having a tremendous year and is on track to ranking at the top once again. His company continues to grow, has relocated to the heart of Walnut Creek and has expanded his lending services into the State of Florida.
